Extremely overpriced, It was an a/c check. I could not even afford the 39.00 special, let alone the 588 price.

There are several other auto repair shops I could take my car to. All of them are capable of fixing my car appropriately. But, as a women, I chose Bill's because it is the first shop I feel comfortable enough to drop off my car myself instead of having my husband do it. It is clean and odor free. Bob has had several opportunities to take advantage of my trust and pad the bill with extra work that was not necessary. Instead he did the work that was required and let me know about some additional work that I might elect to do in the future. After paying the bill I walk away thinking it was fairly priced and sometimes even cheaper than I expected based on my previous experience with other shops. I can highly recommend Bob, Judy, and the rest of the staff to take care of you quickly, honestly, and friendly.

We moved to area 6 mos. ago. Motor home had electrical failure in storage, had to be towed in. Bill,s people found the initial problem, restored power, which revealed a secondary problem which had to be subbed out.The entire process was handled efficiently -they did what they said they they would do, when they said they would do it, for a fair price. We expect to remain customers of Bill's for all our vehicles - they've earned our business!
