I took a newly purchased motor home to Bills to have him go through it mainly to make it as safe and sound as possible,since I had no prior knowledge of the rig.Im totally amazed at how much better it feels to drive it and how much better it runs. Now Im ready to hit the road and enjoy whats left of summer2011!See you at the lake.....

My experience at Bill's Auto has always been great. When my car suddenly wouldn't start most recently, I knew exactly where to bring it. Even the tow truck driver said that I was bringing it to a great place! What else I love is that they fix what needs to be fixed - they don't call and say that there's more things to fix. They do what NEEDS to be done. PLUS Bob has worked there since he was in high school and now is the proud owner of Bill's Auto. All thumbs up in my book!

Judy was friendly, efficient, and very helpful for scheduling and progress. Bob did a great job on my vehicle, knowing how to diagnose the problem and what steps to repair it. He is very knowledgeable and professional, yet friendly and fair. A great experience overall and would use Bill's Auto Electric again if problems occur.

Most pleasant car service experience I have ever had, from the first contact with the office (Judy) through to the appointment (on time, in and out earlier than promised), to getting the lowdown from the mechanic/owner (Bob) about the work done. Thank you, Bill's!

Went in for an AC check and all that needed to be done was replug the compressor. I appreciate the honest and integrity of the business and employees. The staff was super friendly and explained everything in detail without being condescending.

I can't tell you how GOOD it is to have a mechanic who you can trust, one you've known for years, have seen his kid grow up, represented him in the purchase of not only HIS home but two homes for his Grandmother and then be there when he purchased the Auto Repair business his FATHER had worked for almost 40 years ago! Longevity is a hallmark of Bill's from the days of Bob's dad, to the former owner, good guy Don Bordessa and now passed down to Bob Toepp--makes the heart get all musy and warm! And besides--he's updated the building, equipment and has a first rate crew plus Judy at the front desk who has one of the hottest cars in the whole garage! He services our Miata, Volvo and Dodge Dakota plus has worked on Allison's daughter's car. PLUS he only refers you to other mechanics of his ilk. All in all a great experience for all your auto repair needs!
