I'll never take a vehicle I own anywhere else. Bob is carrying on the legacy of original owner, Bill, and I feel like I'm in another time when I go there. Bob is incredibly polite, helpful, honest, and friendly. Never have I gone to a mechanic and felt in such good hands, and I actually like the fella (even after the bill)! Thanks for the phenomenal work, quick service, and smile. I get excited now to hear about other folks' car woes knowing that I can send them to Bob.

Bob has worked with me for 2 years in updating the electrical, and more recently a major motor overhaul, on my '81 pick-up. He has sourced problems - electrical and mechanical, and found parts; as well as handling a couple of deficiencies in my exhaust system. He's a good "doctor" when it comes to diagnosing a problem, and right there in the follow-up adjustments. A 100% excellent automotive shop, with an efficient front office - Judy. The money's well-spent.

I took a newly purchased motor home to Bills to have him go through it mainly to make it as safe and sound as possible,since I had no prior knowledge of the rig.Im totally amazed at how much better it feels to drive it and how much better it runs. Now Im ready to hit the road and enjoy whats left of summer2011!See you at the lake.....

My experience at Bill's Auto has always been great. When my car suddenly wouldn't start most recently, I knew exactly where to bring it. Even the tow truck driver said that I was bringing it to a great place! What else I love is that they fix what needs to be fixed - they don't call and say that there's more things to fix. They do what NEEDS to be done. PLUS Bob has worked there since he was in high school and now is the proud owner of Bill's Auto. All thumbs up in my book!

Judy was friendly, efficient, and very helpful for scheduling and progress. Bob did a great job on my vehicle, knowing how to diagnose the problem and what steps to repair it. He is very knowledgeable and professional, yet friendly and fair. A great experience overall and would use Bill's Auto Electric again if problems occur.
