I was greeted immediately, they are honest and care about the vehicle and their customers.Very happy with the polite and good customer service received.

They we're very friendly and professional. They have the ability to take you to your work while your vehicle is being repaired. Bob was very thorough and found the problem, and helped with a couple of things I did not know how to work in my car. He even stayed a little later when my ride got stuck in traffic. They came highly recommended to me from 2 others and I was very satisfied!

I recently had my car towed to Bill's after my car would not start. Bill's replaced my starter in just a few days. I continually take my car to Bill's, knowing that the owner, Bob, has worked there since he was only 15 years old. He has a reputation to uphold and a community to serve, so he's really one of the best mechanics in Sonoma County!

After thorough examination of my brakes ~ I was given the 'green light' about their safety and reliability on the road! Though there was plenty of padding left ~ I am still glad I checked. Always better to be safe than sorry :) Thank you!
